4. Privacy between customers and technicians
Before a technician accepts a work order, the technician may see the service category, the general region, the job description, the urgency, the property type, and the request photos where applicable. The full service address unlocks only after the technician is assigned to the job.
Customer phone numbers and email addresses are not openly shared with technicians. Communication takes place through in-app chat.
A customer profile photo is optional and is not shown to technicians. It is visible only to the customer and to authorized SOLVD admin and operations staff.
After assignment, a customer may see the technician's name, profile photo, trade, rating and other relevant professional information. Sensitive verification documents remain private.
5. Photos and uploaded files
Uploaded photos and files are stored according to their purpose and the privacy restrictions that apply to them. Private files are not intended for public exposure.
6. In-app messages
In-app messages may be accessed by authorized SOLVD admins when necessary for support, disputes, fraud prevention, safety or enforcement of platform rules.
7. Wallet and payment records
SOLVD may maintain technician wallet, recharge, lead-fee, refund and credit records. Third-party payment and money-transfer providers operate under their own policies.
8. Records and retention
Service history, cancellations, ratings, disputes and operational records may be retained for platform operation and for legitimate business and legal needs. Deactivating an account does not necessarily delete all records immediately.
9. Security
SOLVD uses reasonable security measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-party service providers
Third-party service providers may process information as necessary to deliver the service, including hosting, authentication, email, messaging, analytics and payments.
