Technician Agreement

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This agreement covers technicians and service providers who use SOLVD to receive leads and deliver home and commercial services in Lebanon. It works together with the Terms of Service, the Wallet, Lead Fee & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

1. Independent provider status

You are an independent service provider. You are not a SOLVD employee, partner or agent, and SOLVD does not perform the trade work you deliver.

2. Accurate identity and verification

  • Your identity, trade, experience, service areas, profile photo and verification documents must be accurate and current.
  • A clear profile photo is required so customers know who is arriving. False or misleading documents are grounds for removal.

3. Licences, insurance and qualifications

You are responsible for holding any licences, certifications, permits, insurance and qualifications required for the work you accept.

4. Accepting work

  • Only accept work you are qualified, equipped and available to perform.
  • The first technician to successfully accept a work order receives the assignment. Technicians who did not win the assignment are not charged.
  • You may not transfer a job to an unverified third party without SOLVD's approval.

5. Lead fees and wallet

  • The exact lead fee is shown before you accept. Accepting authorises deduction of that displayed amount from your SOLVD wallet. Leads shown as $0 have no deduction.
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-withdrawable, except where required by law, and may be used only for SOLVD lead fees and services.
  • A lead fee is not payment for completing the job and does not guarantee that the customer will hire you or agree to a price.

6. Refunds and credits

  • A lead may be credited back only in line with the Wallet, Lead Fee & Refund Policy, generally when the customer cancels before your meaningful engagement, or when the lead is invalid, fake, duplicate or materially inaccurate after SOLVD review.
  • Cancellation, release or abandonment caused by you is normally not refunded.
  • Approved refunds are issued as wallet credits, not cash withdrawals.

7. Pricing and extra work

  • Explain your price clearly to the customer before any chargeable work begins.
  • Misleading or bait pricing is prohibited.
  • Extra work must be explained and approved by the customer before you perform it.

8. Workmanship, safety and property

You are responsible for the quality of your workmanship, working safely and lawfully, and taking proper care of the customer's property, belongings and premises.

9. Professional conduct and customer data

  • Behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Threats, harassment, discrimination, violence, fraud, theft and abuse are prohibited.
  • Do not misuse customer data, addresses, messages or photos, and do not share them outside SOLVD or use them for any purpose other than the job.
  • Use the in-app chat where available so there is a clear record of the job.

10. Job status updates and urgency

  • Keep job status accurate and up to date: Assigned, En Route, On Site and Completed.
  • Urgency windows (4h, 24h, 48h) are reasonable response commitments, not absolute guarantees where circumstances outside your control prevent it. Communicate delays promptly.

11. Reliability and account standing

  • No-shows and repeated cancellations can lead to suspension.
  • Ratings, complaints and job history may be reviewed when assessing your account status and eligibility for leads.

12. Disputes and evidence

You agree to cooperate with dispute reviews and to provide messages, photos, receipts or other evidence when SOLVD requests it.

13. Fraud and manipulation

Fraud, fake jobs, manipulation of wallet credits or refunds, and falsified job completion lead to suspension or termination.

14. Taxes, tools and personnel

  • Taxes and business obligations arising from your work are your responsibility unless the law provides otherwise.
  • You provide your own tools, equipment, materials, transportation and personnel unless a specific job states otherwise.

15. Account security and enforcement

  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not let others use your account.
  • SOLVD may suspend or remove a technician for fraud, safety concerns, serious complaints, repeated cancellations, policy violations, false documents or other high-risk behaviour.

16. No guarantee of leads or income

SOLVD does not guarantee any number of leads, any level of income or any revenue from the platform.

17. Related policies and updates

Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
